+45 m / What we build

Three ways to get height.

Every option ends the same way: your equipment on the steel, on a date you can plan around.

01 / BUILD TO SUIT

Build to suit

Tell us where you need coverage. We acquire the site, run the approvals, build the tower to your loading and hand it over on the date we agreed.

02 / CO-LOCATION

Co-location

Lease vertical space on a tower that already stands. Structural loading checked, power and access sorted, priced so a regional ISP can say yes.

Buy and leaseback

Own towers? We buy them and lease them back to you. You keep the sites, release the capital, and hand us the maintenance.

+30 m / The process

How a site goes up.

Four stages, one team, no hand-offs between contractors.

01
Site acquisition

We walk the ground.

We walk the ground, sign the landowner, and register the servitude on the title deed.

02
Approvals

The slow part, started first.

Municipal land use, environmental and aviation sign-off. This is the slow part, so we start it first.

03
Build

Our own crews on the steel.

Foundations, steel, fencing, power and fibre. Our own crews, not a chain of subcontractors.

04
On air

Tenants live.

Antennas up, tenants live, maintenance on us.

+20 m / Every metre is leasable

Anatomy of a site.

A tower is not one tenant. It is a stack of positions, each with its own rent, its own loading and its own cabinet on the ground. This is what lives where on a typical 45 metre site.

Drag the marker. Every metre is leasable.
+10 m / The work

From our own sites.

Phone photos from our own crews, not stock. Trenches, plinths, steel and the people who put it up.

+0 m / Have high ground?

Have high ground? Get paid for it.

If your land sits on a ridge, beside a highway or at the edge of a growing suburb, an operator may need it. We sign a proper lease at a fixed monthly rent, register the servitude on your title deed so it survives a sale, and pay on time. You never touch the tower. The maintenance crew does that.

Questions we get

Straight answers.

How long does a build-to-suit take?

Approvals set the pace. Municipal, environmental and aviation sign-off usually run three to six months, so we start them on day one and build the moment they clear.

We are a small ISP. Is co-location priced for us?

Yes. Regional operators make up most of our tenants. You get a written quote with structural loading, power and access included, not a runaround.

Do you handle the permits?

All of them: land use, environmental, aviation and the landowner agreement. You sign a proposal, we carry the paperwork.

What does a landowner get?

A signed lease at a fixed monthly rent, a servitude registered on the title deed, and a contact person who answers the phone.

Who looks after the site once it is up?

We do. Power, fencing, access, structural inspections and repairs are on us for the life of the lease.
